How do I book an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, but walk-ins are welcome if a stylist is

How long does full head highlight or balayage take?

A full head of highlights or balayage usually takes between 3 to 5 hours, depending on your hair
length and thickness.”

What is the difference between full head highlight / lowlight and Half head highlight / lowlight?

Full Head Highlight/Lowlight
Foils are placed all over the head — including the top, sides, and back — for an overall lighter or
darker look with complete coverage.
Half Head Highlight/Lowlight
Foils are applied only to the top and sides (sometimes the crown), leaving the underneath layers
natural. This gives a softer, lower-maintenance effect and is quicker than a full head.
In short: full head = complete coverage and transformation, half head = partial coverage for a more
natural look.

What is the difference between highlights/lowlights and balayage?

Highlights/Lowlights: Foils are used to lighten (highlights) or darken (lowlights) sections of hair from
root to tip. This gives a more defined, structured look and can create contrast throughout the hair.
Balayage: A freehand painting technique where color is applied on the surface of the hair for a softer,
blended, and more natural sun-kissed effect. It usually has a more gradual grow-out than foils.

Do you have a private room for female clients?

We don’t have a private room available, but we can ensure that you are served only by female
stylists. Simply mention your preference when booking, and we will make sure a female hair stylist
takes care of you.

How does the free consultation work?

You can book a free consultation with one of our stylists to discuss your hair needs. During the
consultation, the stylist will examine your hair in person and advise you on the best options. If you
wish to proceed, we can either start your service right away or schedule a second appointment. If
not, no worries—the consultation is completely free and without obligation.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, that is possible, If you’d like to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as
possible so we can arrange a new time for you.

What is OLAPLEX bonding technology?

Olaplex bonding technology is designed to repair and protect the hair’s internal bonds. Olaplex is
added during the coloring process to reduce damage, strengthen the hair, and leave it healthier and
shinier.
Ideal for: colored, bleached, or damaged hair that needs strength and repair.
